The basic story:

Diabetes Foundation (Diabetes UK) was once located in South London.

The address changed to Winchester 9 years ago.

When the address changed, the charity had a redirection of post...

Any letter addressed to Diabetes Foundation (Diabetes UK) in S. London automatically got forwarded to the new address in Winchester.

Nothing wrong with that. It's as you do when you move house.

However, the Royal Mail only redirect letters for a maximum of 2yrs.
Because that's the usual amount of time for people to inform everyone they need to of their new address.

After 2yrs you have to start paying...

Redirection of Post for 9 Years Going Strong

I'm still waiting for the legal-eagles at the Royal Mail to get back to me to confirm whether or not I can publish the letter from them to the residents of the S. London address which caused the response below...

Richobe LOL.

Basically, it went along the lines of... "As Mrs Rich demanded we call her Mrs Rich OBE..."

Screw it. I'll probably publish it anyway.
